The online page at BookFunnel also offers instructions on how to download your product or deliver the file to your Kindle, iPhone, Android device, Nook or Kobo, or other device.

We understand that sometimes things don't work out right, and parcels may be delayed or lost in transit. While we provide you with a tracking number, should you need any further assistance in locating your parcel, please contact us here.

All sales are final.

If an item is damaged, we will only accept returns for 30 days after the date of delivery. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can try to
make it right. To request and exchange, you can contact us here.

The short answer is yes, of course we will finish it. We have never left anything unfinished, and we don’t plan to start now.

The longer answer is that it is taking more time than expected. We both know that it’s not the answer you want, but it is the answer we have. Nat’s story became something entirely different than we’d planned and that’s a hard thing to work with.

We love Nat. She burst into Piper’s life and became an essential character to New Chicago. Truth? When Kel wrote Piper, she wove parts of Aurelia into Nat unknowingly. She read as Kel was writing and said, umm…I literally said that to you, asshole. We laughed about it as more and more came out. All that to say she holds a very special place in our hearts, and we owe it to her to give her the very best of us as we wrap up her final book.

It's in the works, but it is slow going. We swap writing her story with another one we are working on because that is what we have to do for our creative energy right now.

We love that you want to know how it all ends. Truly. It’s so good to know how many people genuinely care about her the way we do.

We can’t give you a date because we don’t have one. When we do? We'll blast it all over Facebook, Instagram, our newsletter, our Patreon, and right here for a pre-order. Just know that we can’t rush her into existence. So unless one of us gets hit by a bus, we will 100% tell her story, and Kel and Aurelia will do our very best to avoid buses or playing in traffic. We promise.
