When purchased, our trusted digital distribution partner, BookFunnel, will email you a web link providing immediate online access to your eBook or Audiobook.
The online page at BookFunnel also offers instructions on how to download your product or deliver the file to your Kindle, iPhone, Android device, Nook or Kobo, or other device.
If you have any issues accessing your purchase or do not receive a download email, visit https://bookfunnel.com/help/.
We understand that sometimes things don't work out right, and parcels may be delayed or lost in transit. While we provide you with a tracking number, should you need any further assistance in locating your parcel, please contact us here.
It depends.
If the product is an ebook then no. All e-purchases are final.
If the product is a physical book or merchandise that has not shipped, then yes, you can.
If the product is a physical book or merchandise that has shipped, then no, you cannot.
If the product is a wounded or damaged physical book that has shipped, then no, you cannot.
If an item is damaged, we will only accept returns for 30 days after the date of delivery. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can try to make it right. To request and exchange, you can contact us here.
Please note that due to the digital nature of eBooks / Audiobooks, we do not accept exchanges or returns for these products.

**WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ITEMS WILL ARRIVE IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS. DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE UPSET IT HAS NOT ARRIVED BY DECEMBER 25TH. PRINTERS ARE BEHIND. SHIPPING IS BEHIND. WE CANNOT CHANGE THIS, BUT WE ARE DOING OUR BEST TO GET ORDERS OUT AS FAST AS POSSIBLE.**
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Upon shipping, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
**Please be patient and remember we are a small business. It's just Aurelia and Kel here.** As such, orders will be shipped TWICE A MONTH ONLY. Shipping dates are estimated on the 15th of the month, and either the beginning or end of month.
Delivery times will vary according to postcode and/or country.

SPECIAL EDITION BOOKS

Please note that due to the exclusive nature of our Special Edition books, the shipping timeframe may range from weeks to months depending on the book.
PRE-ORDERS
Half of the Queen of the Damned omnibus have shipped. We are waiting for the remaining pallets to come in. They are anticipated to arrive anytime now, but there is no guaranties. The remaining books will be shipped once they arrive. Our goal is to get them all out by mid-December at this point.
The Demon's Guide to the Afterlife omnibus, has not shipped internationally yet and is expected to be received and then shipped to readers in January to February of 2025.
Both the Demons of New Chicago special editions and the Queen of the Damned flip books are currently in stock and shipping now.
Covet Me special edition is also in stock and shipping now.
Orders that contain a pre-order item will not ship until the release date. Please place separate orders if you would like to receive your other items sooner.
