When purchased, our trusted digital distribution partner, BookFunnel, will email you a web link providing immediate online access to your eBook or Audiobook.
The online page at BookFunnel also offers instructions on how to download your product or deliver the file to your Kindle, iPhone, Android device, Nook or Kobo, or other device.
If you have any issues accessing your purchase or do not receive a download email, visit https://bookfunnel.com/help/.
We understand that sometimes things don't work out right, and parcels may be delayed or lost in transit. While we provide you with a tracking number, should you need any further assistance in locating your parcel, please contact us here.
It depends.
If the product is an ebook then no. All e-purchases are final.
If the product is a physical book or merchandise that has not shipped, then yes, you can.
If the product is a physical book or merchandise that has shipped, then no, you cannot.
If the product is a wounded or damaged physical book that has shipped, then no, you cannot.
If an item is damaged, we will only accept returns for 30 days after the date of delivery. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can try to make it right. To request and exchange, you can contact us here.
Please note that due to the digital nature of eBooks / Audiobooks, we do not accept exchanges or returns for these products.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Upon shipping, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
**Please be patient and remember we are a small business. It's just Aurelia and Kel here.** As such, orders will be shipped TWICE A MONTH ONLY. Shipping dates are estimated on the 15th of the month, and either the beginning or end of month.
Delivery times will vary according to postcode and/or country.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS –
Kel & Aurelia Book Store is not responsible for any additional
international customs fees or tariffs.
SPECIAL EDITION BOOKS

Please note that due to the exclusive nature of our Special Edition books, the shipping timeframe may range from weeks to months depending on the book.
PRE-ORDERS
The Demon's Guide to the Afterlife omnibus, has not shipped internationally yet and is expected to be received and then shipped to readers in April of 2025.
If you preordered more than one special edition, your order WILL NOT ship until both/all books are in hand.
Both the Demons of New Chicago deluxe paperbacks and the Queen of the Damned flip books are currently in stock and shipping now.
Covet Me special edition is also in stock and shipping now.
The Demons of New Chicago omnibus, Her Immortal Monsters omnibus, and Dark Maji omnibuses are not expected to ship until May of 2025.
Again, orders that contain more than one special edition in them will not ship until we have all the books ordered in hand. Please place separate orders if you would like to receive your in-stock items sooner.

All ebook and audiobook orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.
For physical items . . .
If a item is on preorder, we will accepts refund.
If an item has shipped, we do NOT accept refunds. However, if the item arrives damaged we replace or refund it, depending on the circumstances.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item is defective, we will only accept returns for 14 days after the date of delivery. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can try to make it right.
