ORDERS & SHIPPING
You’ll receive an email confirming your purchase, and we will get to work packing up your order! Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
For Pre-Order items these will be shipped at the date specified on the specific product page.
All pre-ordered books will be charged in full upon purchase, but will not be shipped until the release date. Please see relevant product page for expected release date.
The items are sent from Maryland, and delivery times will vary depending on the location the items are being sent to. Once an item has shipped from us, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and instructions on how to track the item.
Please note that due to the exclusive nature of our Special Edition books there is an estimated shipping time frame of 4-6 weeks.
When purchased, our trusted distribution partner, BookFunnel, will email you a web link providing immediate online access to your Ebook or Audiobook.
The online page at BookFunnel also offers instructions on how to download your book or deliver the file to your Kindle, iPhone, Android device, Nook or Kobo.

We offer international shipping to most countries. Please make sure you check your location at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You can view our full Shipping Policy here.
We understand that sometimes things don't work out right, and parcels may be delayed or lost in transit. While we provide you with a tracking number, should you need any further assistance in locating your parcel, please contact us here.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
It depends.
If the product is an Ebook or Audiobook then no. All digital purchases are final.
If the product is a physical book or merchandise that has not shipped, then yes, you can.
If the product is a physical book or merchandise that has shipped, then no, you cannot.
If the product is a wounded or damaged physical book that has shipped, then no, you cannot.
If an item is damaged, we will only accept returns for 30 days after the date of delivery. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can try to make it right. To request and exchange, you can contact us here.
Please note that due to the digital nature of Ebooks / Audiobooks, we do not accept exchanges or returns for these products.
