Shipping policy

WITHIN UNITED STATES

Shipping is currently 4-6 weeks from the time of order. We will do our very best to get your order out faster and we apologize for the extended time frame. This shipping policy is temporary while our superwoman assistant is out on medical leave.

All orders will be processed within this time frame and shipped to your designated address. We use USPS to ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly.

The items are sent from Maryland, and delivery times will vary depending on the postcode the items are being sent to. Once an item has shipped from us, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and instructions on how to track the item.

**ORDERS CONTAINING A PREORDER: If your order includes a book on preorder, the entirety of the order will not ship until the preorder inventory has arrived. Your order will be processed and shipped in full. Please note that our receiving of books on preorder will depend on delivery from our supplier. If you would like to avoid the wait, please order the preorder separately from the remainder of your order.

DELAYS & MISSING DELIVERIES

We understand that sometimes things don't work out right and parcels may be delayed or lost in transit. While we provide you with a tracking number, should you need any further assistance in locating your parcel, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in receiving your items in a timely manner.
